Район не туристический, вокруг живут местные жители, но мы легко вечером ходили по улице и не боялись. Городской пляж рядом - 400 метров. Очень шумно, на выходных до поздней ночи на улице играет музыка. Каждое утро, начиная с трёх часов, кукарекают петухи у соседей вокруг. Бассейн и спортзал находится на крыше, работают с 9 до 20. После 20:00 крыша закрывается на замок, посидеть попить кофе не получится. Бассейн чистый

Es un gran lugar para el hospedaje, desde este lugar hasta la playa son 700 metros, y el taxi hasta 5av (cocobongo) son 50 pesos mexicanos, el lugar es fiel a las fotos, muy cómodo, tiene ducha con agua caliente, mini gimnasio, piscina, aire acondicionado, terraza, WiFi, y la atención es muy buena, viajé desde Colombia y tuve que contratar un supershutle (transporte desde el aeropuerto) es mejor hacerlo por web, sale más económico

Es un lugar muy cómo para poder pasar uno días de vacaciones yo creo mejor que en un hotel está muy SERCA de la playa
El depa 7 y 8 están muy bonito su diseño interior, el condominio tiene un roof con piscina muy linda para pasar la tarde agradable y ubicado en una buena zona no la más céntrica pero si esta cerca
El lugar está muy bonito, aunque los horarios de uso de la alberca y gimnasio no lo respetan abren después de la hora marcada. Y la zona donde se ubica está algo feo
